The benefit to create digital content for promoting ongoing events and initiatives on social media. Built communication over social media of local community engagement of events and programs, and respond to google reviews with positive responses.
The challenge work independently without resources, communicate the extent of what is possible within the resources, and to wait for digital media marketing content to be edited and published.
The solution work independently and collaborate, set up a scheduled time to meet with Education or Centre Director, to understand the objective of what is being requested and if it is possible given brand guidelines and the business’ digital marketing platform restrictions.

Takeaways
What Works
Digital marketing content with resources available led to quicker results. I got to understand the education brand and what goals are set by both tutoring, private school, and camps. Working with others in education helped me to understand there is a higher expectation of how to approach preparing marketing content.
Challenge
Figuring out what team member to communicate with, email, call, and sometimes text for clarification. Lack of understanding and confusion in communication of what was happening.
What isn’t Working
Repetitive communication regarding one project task which led to finding ways to lessen the miscommunication, instead found a solution on what to do instead with what is possible.
